Job Description
AYR Wellness is seeking a Budtender for their Union, New Jersey dispensary. The Budtender provides customers with an exceptional experience by offering knowledgeable answers, fulfilling orders accurately, and maintaining a positive store environment. Budtenders are expected to uphold company policies, contribute to operational efficiency, and foster a customer-focused culture. The role requires a commitment to learning and contributing to the dispensary's success.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Able to pass all background checks
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- High school diploma/GED
- Prior customer service experience
