NACSA is seeking a Director of People Operations and Administration to build and sustain organizational cultures that thrive, fostering inclusion, development, and exceptional talent management. The role will manage key finance administration functions, while also focusing on building sustainable frameworks to enhance employee experience and organizational culture. This is an entry-level leadership position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Oversee performance management and succession planning.
• Design onboarding, integration, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Serve as advisor to the conference planning team.
