Manager, Strategic Accounts and A&Es - DACH

Axis Communications has an exciting position as Manager, Strategic Accounts and A&Es responsible for DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) market. The role involves leading sales activities across selected End Customers, Global Partners, and the Architect & Engineer community within the DACH region.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a people manager and sales leader with consistent exceeding of revenue targets.
• Strong background in managing technology solutions in an indirect business model.
• Knowledge and experience in Architect and Engineer segment (consultants and specifiers).
• Excellent commercial acumen with strategic planning and complex negotiation skills.
• Cross-cultural adaptability and experience working in international environments.
