Technical Program Manager

Axios is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance the company's mission. This role involves managing projects, communication, and collaboration with various teams, ensuring alignment and high-quality execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Manage and coordinate large programs and multi-team initiatives.
• Define, track, and communicate program-level goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, editorial, marketing and revenue teams.
• Own and optimize internal systems.
• Develop scalable reporting systems and dashboards.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Identify blockers and proactively resolve them.
• Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
