Job Description
Axiom is seeking a skilled Commercial Operations and Business Development support Lawyer for a pharmaceutical company. The role involves drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements related to pharmaceutical matters, advising business teams on compliance and regulatory issues, and managing other legal matters. The position requires a proactive and curious individual with strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Draft, review, analyze, structure and negotiate various commercial agreements
- Advise business team with respect to general contract matters, compliance policies, customer and vendor relations
- Triage other legal matters, such as employment
- Provide general advice to senior management
- Experience navigating Market Access and Patient Support issues
- Experience with Canadian Regulatory Landscape
- French and English language skills
