Axiom is seeking Energy Lawyers specializing in Oil & Gas to provide legal advice and support on a wide range of energy-related matters. They are looking for candidates with strong backgrounds in oil and gas law and a commitment to compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role involves advising clients on regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Active bar license in the state of residence
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in oil and gas law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws governing the oil and gas industry
• Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) agreements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
