Salesforce BA

This Salesforce Business Analyst position requires individuals who can collaborate with Business Users to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions within Salesforce. The role involves troubleshooting issues, responding to queries, and building/designing process flows using Visio. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience working with Business Users for gathering & analyzing business requirements
• Experience translating requirements into technical specifications
• Collaboration with IT teams to implement solutions within Salesforce
• Troubleshooting issues and responding to user queries
• Experience in Visio for process flow design
• 5-7 years experience in SQL/Excel/Data Analysis Tools
• Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, data modeling, and technical architecture
• Knowledge of Agile, Jira, and SDLC
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (a plus)
• Knowledge of JIRA agile development software (a plus)
• Good Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
