Requirements
- Experience working with Business Users for gathering & analyzing business requirements
- Experience translating requirements into technical specifications
- Collaboration with IT teams to implement solutions within Salesforce
- Troubleshooting issues and responding to user queries
- Experience in Visio for process flow design
- 5-7 years experience in SQL/Excel/Data Analysis Tools
- Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, data modeling, and technical architecture
- Knowledge of Agile, Jira, and SDLC
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (a plus)
- Knowledge of JIRA agile development software (a plus)
- Good Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
