Business IT Consultant

The Business IT Consultant will focus on optimizing the digital experience of customers by mapping business wishes, translating them into technical features, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Damage business line and the Product Owner. The role involves building and improving a new digital claim handling process with a temporary scrum team to accelerate future launches and other damage reporting. The consultant will act as a technical advisor and POC or MVP creator.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch speaker
• Completion of relevant education (Business Administration, Computer Science, or Business Informatics)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Extensive experience working in a Scrum team
• Experience working in digital environments (websites, customer portals)
• Sufficient technical knowledge (APIs, data integration, systems)
