Lead Support Staff

As the Lead Support staff, you will oversee daily operations during an assigned shift in the sober living environment, ensuring clients and stakeholders are receiving outstanding service.

Requirements

• Oversee daily operations during an assigned shift
• Delegating tasks and prioritizing needs
• Train new staff members
• Monitor clients for program standards and safety
• Ensure clients adhere to facility rules
• Record keeping and documentation
• Personal and client accountability
• Alcohol and Drug testing of clients
• Supervise clients
• Property Management
• Perform scheduled inspections of the premises
• Prepare the living quarters upon discharge of a client
