Hardware Security Architect

Axelera AI is seeking an experienced Hardware Security Architect to lead the design and implementation of hardware and software security for their next-generation AI processor. This role will encompass system & platform security architecture, security provisioning and manufacturing, certification, integration, development, validation, research, and innovation, focusing on AI workloads and architectures. The ideal candidate will join a high-growth, globally oriented company building the foundation of groundbreaking AI platforms.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in secure system architecture for embedded or high-performance computing
• Strong foundation in computer architecture, applied cryptography, and digital design
• Hands-on skills in C, Python, and HDL
• Experience with Secure Boot, Root-of-Trust, Secure Engines, and hardware security IPs
• Experience with security certification processes
• Familiarity with AI/ML system security and IoT security standards
