Requirements

• Experience in a merchant support, account management or administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer first approach
• Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
