Scientist

Scientist will develop and maintain cost-effective, high-quality products for customers, working with Operations to transfer products smoothly into production and following quality procedures to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3 years coating experience or above, ideally with OEM coating development experience
• B.S. in Chemistry related or above, or equivalent coating research / development experience
• Project management and problem-solving skill
• Good computer skills including office, database, and statistics
• Good verbal and written English language preferred
• Team work and collaboration is important
