As a damage expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the event of motor vehicle damage, providing security and orientation through empathetic and professional communication. You will record damage, check insurance coverage and liability, and process damage in a customer-oriented manner.
Requirements
- - Completed vocational training as a merchant for insurance and finance (m/f/d) or a comparable education
- - Articulate, enjoy telephoning, and can easily adapt to different conversation partners
- - Already gained professional experience in motor vehicle damage processing and good knowledge of insurance contract law
- - Team-oriented and cooperative behavior
- - Motivated, open to new things, work independently, are flexible, and resilient
