Head Chef - Japanese/Sushi - New Opening

Head Chef position available for a new Japanese/Sushi restaurant hotel in Portsmouth. The ideal candidate will have experience in cooking Asian-style cuisine and be familiar with the culture and ingredients. The starting salary is up to £40,000 per annum, and bonus is paid based on sales and GP targets.
