AVRAMAR is recruiting a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations, ensure timely and accurate employee compensation, and contribute to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field coupled with MBA
• 6 years of experience in payroll with 2 of them in a managerial role
• Deep knowledge of Greek labor laws and regulations
• Experience in business partnering, change management, and coaching
