Requirements
- Full member of CIPD or equivalent professional body
- Bootsers experience with the Towers Watson or similar benchmarking system (essential)
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience in a commercially focused organisation
- Confident in managing large data sets from multiple sources
- Intermediate to advanced Excel user
- Good working knowledge of UK and overseas employment law
