We are looking for a Head of HR to lead our personnel department and develop personnel development further. The ideal candidate has experience as People & Culture or HR Generalist, leadership experience, and knowledge of labor law provisions.
Requirements
- Successfully completed study in personnel management, business administration/economics or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as People & Culture or HR Generalist
- Leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of labor law provisions
- Good German and English skills
