Job Description
Foundry by Aviture is seeking a Head of Operations to design and run the operating system powering company formation within The Garage. This role will manage the portfolio operations across all ventures, focusing on capacity, financial flow, talent, compliance, and governance. The success of the Head of Operations will measure on-time pilots, accurate forecasts, and founder outcomes.
Requirements
- Prior role as COO, Director of Operations, GM, or PMO lead with direct accountability.
- Reputation for being future-focused, pragmatic, and disciplined.
- Fluency across finance, legal/governance, talent, and GTM ops.
- Track record of standing up operating cadence and improving metrics.
- Familiarity with government/mil, healthcare, aviation, logistics, data/AI.
- Familiarity with SOC2/ATO experience (a plus).
- Prior experience with venture building, particularly for platforms.
