Regional Workplace Experience Lead to support local Experience Ambassadors in delivering service excellence capability. Lead teams to create optimal workplace experience, engage with clients and visitors, and promote Avison Young's values and culture.

Requirements

• First level line management and oversight of service delivery roles
• Lead by example in demonstrating Avison Young's Behaviour Playbook
• Establish, manage, develop, and nurture high performing teams and individuals
• Ensure communication throughout the team and colleague network is positive at all times
• Ensure adequate training is completed and in place for all team members
