CRM Coordinator

The CRM Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Global CRM team. This role helps keep the Global CRM program running smoothly by maintaining structure, clarity, and momentum across initiatives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in coordination, administrative support, operations, or a related role
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred
• Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and proactive follow-through
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Comfortable working in environments with evolving processes and stakeholder needs

Benefits

• Base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 with bonus potential
