The role involves facilitating internal evaluations of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls and the control environment. This position requires independent planning and execution of audits, delivering results, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance or related field
- Relevant certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, or other)
- 5+ years of progressive internal audit experience
- Experience working with senior management
- Experience with audit management software and data analytics
- Fluency in English and bilingual skills in French
