Aviso Wealth is seeking an Estates Specialist to join their Operations team, focusing on reviewing, preparing, and settling client estate accounts, with a key focus on regulatory compliance and client service. Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of 5 years’ financial industry experience, preferably in Estates, Registered Plans or Operations
- Industry knowledge of MFDA, IIROC, CRA and RQ rules and regulations
- Pro-active in problem solving
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Outlook, Excel
