We employ hundreds of Seasonal Staff to serve thousands of campers. Each Camp Leadership Team is responsible for ensuring safe, high quality, and efficient programs, providing mentorship and training, and creating a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Must meet American Camp Association minimum age requirements (20 years or older)
- Valid driver's license for 3+ years and clean driving record
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of our core sports (paddling, backpacking, climbing, mountain biking)
- Wilderness First Responder (or EMT) and CPR certification
