Bioservices is seeking a strategic Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to drive HR strategies and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. This role will align HR with business objectives, manage organizational capabilities, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with deep HR expertise and a passion for employee development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in HRBP
- Proven success in driving employee engagement and fostering inclusive cultures
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of U.S. labor laws and multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills
