The Technical Development Manager will drive innovation and ensure technical excellence of Heat transfer solutions within the industry, leading the development and implementation of new Heat Transfer technologies, materials, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical development within the textile or labeling industry.
- Proven track record of successful product development and commercialization.
- Strong understanding of labeling technologies, materials, and processes.
- Experience with quality control and testing procedures.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
