Job Description
Avery Dennison is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, evaluate, and manage new business opportunities and market initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, sales, product management, marketing, or a related field, with experience in the apparel and footwear industries. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of business development, sales, product management, marketing, or other directly related experience
- Background from apparel & footwear industries an advantage
- Proficient in assessing customer needs to convert into business opportunities
- Negotiation skills/experience
- Strong financial skills and business acumen
- Knowledgeable on conducting market and territory analysis and planning
- Ability to present data in logical concise manner
- Skilled in project / process management and meeting facilitation
- Ability to work within a highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office and Google Apps
- Language: English + Chinese Speaking
