Job Description
Avery Dennison is seeking a L&OD Lead, MSEA to develop and implement learning and development strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across the organization. The role requires an experienced facilitator and people manager with an understanding of adult learning and the unique cultural and business dynamics across the BUs in Vietnam and Indonesia.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in learning and organizational development, Manufacturing working experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Independent, energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Able to effectively interface with people at all levels
- Able to lead, motivate and influence others in a team-based organization
