Job Description
Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a GPD Services Manager to oversee the completeness and consistent information flow for new item/program and global product changes, and to supervise a team of GPD Officers. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and experience in merchandising and/or new product development.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in merchandising and/or new product development
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- 4 years of experience in people management
- Strong leadership skill and good business acumen
- Creative aptitude
- Able to think critically and end-to-end
- Strong aptitude in handling details and monitoring performance and quality
- Good team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent written and conversational English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong ability to organize and coordinate people and resources
