Job Description
Seeking a seasoned Mortgage Underwriter with extensive knowledge of regulatory and investor guidelines. Deep understanding of the end-to-end mortgage loan lifecycle to support a high-volume, complex pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recent experience as a Mortgage Underwriter
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex loan pipelines
- Experience working with multiple investors and managing varying guideline requirements
- Strong knowledge of agency and investor guidelines, TRID, disclosures, and regulatory compliance
- Extensive knowledge underwriting Conventional, VA, and FHA loans
- Technically savvy and comfortable using multiple LOS and mortgage technology platforms
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Must have experience in non-delegated correspondent lending
