Sales Manager im Außendienst - Kassel (m/w/d)

Avantpark is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive growth by acquiring new locations and expanding the customer base. The role involves building a sales funnel, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring profitability within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess strong sales skills, and have experience in the parking space management industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a similar position in the parking space management industry or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the industry, including current trends, challenges, and competitors.
• Knowledge of parking space management solutions, camera-based license plate recognition technologies, and related services.
• Familiarity with the needs and requirements of B2B customers in the parking space management sector.
• Experience in acquiring new customers and building a high-quality customer base.
• Knowledge of sales methods and techniques for lead generation, customer acquisition, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
• Very good German language skills (C2) in word and writing
• English B2, additional languages are a plus
• Driver's license class B required
