Job Description
Avantia Law is looking for a qualified Lawyer to join on a freelance/ consultancy basis to spearhead the negotiation of investment-related contracts. The role is fully remote and allows for flexible practice of law.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Law in the UK, Europe, USA or Canada
- Fluent in French and/or German
- 5+ years' corporate/ transactional law experience
- Familiarity of working with asset managers, investment banks or other financial services firms
