Plant Maintenance Technician

A skilled Batching Plant Maintenance Technician is needed to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment through preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance. The role is crucial in minimizing downtime, maintaining safety standards, and supporting production efficiency. This position will involve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system troubleshooting and repair.

Requirements

• At least a Technical-Vocational Certificate (NC II or higher) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment (e.g., mixers, grinders, decanters).
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems, circuits, and control troubleshooting.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic meters, and equipment manuals.
• Physically fit, able to lift tools and equipment.
• Willing to travel for off-site repair work.
