Junior RPA Developer

We are seeking a Junior RPA Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical foundation and a passion for automation, particularly in banking or fintech environments. Responsibilities include designing and implementing RPA workflows, collaborating with teams, and maintaining system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in MS SQL, MS Access, Oracle DB, VBA, ASP.Net, and C#
• Familiar with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, PEGA, or BPA Automate
• Experience in the full RPA lifecycle – from analysis and design to deployment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Prior exposure to banking or fintech processes
