The Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and instrumentation systems to support safe and reliable plant operations. This role involves hands-on technical support for equipment, control systems, and instrumentation devices.
Requirements
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, motors, and control systems.
- Calibrate, test, and troubleshoot field instruments.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance for E&I systems.
- Assist in commissioning and testing of new equipment and systems.
- Diagnose faults in PLCs, motor control centers, and instrumentation loops.
- Carryout troubleshooting and maintenance on packaging machines
- Ensure work is carried out safely and in compliance with standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
