Sales Director

Avaloq is looking for a Sales Director to lead business development for their Composable Solutions in the Americas. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategic initiatives, drive pipeline generation, and capture client pain points to shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Over 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within the financial, technology, banking or wealth management industry, with 5+ years in a SaaS environment
• A deep understanding and knowledge of market trends, competitor landscape, and client needs
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing RFI/RFP processes and complex, long-cycle deals
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities
• The ability to recruit and train a high-performing team to achieve metrics-driven performance targets as the footprint grows
