Job Description
Avalign is seeking a CNC Machining Manager to oversee the CNC Department, including operators, team leads, and programmers. The successful candidate will be responsible for training operators, ensuring high-quality products, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least 5 or more years of CNC experience
- Technical certificate or 2 year college degree preferred
- Prior leadership/supervisory experience are preferred
