Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer/data science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 3 years of experience in product, business, or data analysis roles within the healthcare technology space
- Experience with healthcare administrative and payment systems
- Technical acumen with the ability to gather, describe, and document product requirements
- Advanced analytical skills; proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Amazon Quicksight a plus)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience with Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and writing user stories
- Experience with ANSI and X12 transactions; tools like Jira and Confluence
