Job Description
We are looking for energetic, driven, service-oriented individual to fill our Member Experience Advocate - Universal (travel) position at various Birmingham Area branches including Hueytown, Hoover, Helena, Pelham and Vernon. In this role, the Member Experience Advocate - Universal will serve as a full-service liaison between the members and the Credit Union, providing needs-based solutions to members and performing various tasks such as opening accounts, resolving issues, and originating loans.
Requirements
- One to three years of retail banking experience
- Sales quota experience or sales management experience
- A high school diploma or GED
