- 7+ years of in-house experience as a Product Designer
- Strong UX design skills
- Mentoring and communication skills
- Critical eye for high-craft design
- Experience using data to identify problems
- Experience working with Visual and Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Writers
- Experience developing product goals and making decisions based on impact
