Job Description
AUTODOC AG is seeking an HR Technology Solution Lead (Workday Functional Analyst) to drive compelling projects for the Autodoc Leaders, People and People team. The successful candidate will implement global payroll, travel management, office space booking and other business functions software, and serve as the HRIS partner supporting designated HCM areas in Workday.
Requirements
- Serve as the HRIS partner supporting designated HCM areas in Workday
- Provide consultation to HR Business Partners and HR COEs
- Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use Workday
- Configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday
- Maintain master data values in Workday
- Serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues
