AutoHero, the innovative online used car dealership, is looking for a Technical Responsible to coordinate the work of the garage and bodywork team, ensuring quality, efficiency, and respect for deadlines.

Requirements

• Plan, organize, and monitor team activities to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and feedback to team members to improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and collective performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage communication between the team and upper management.
• Promote a positive working environment, resolving conflicts and encouraging collaboration.
• Analyze results and prepare periodic reports for company executives.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize processes and improve team efficiency.
• Ensure the team respects company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
