The Workshop Controller oversees daily operations of the automotive workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, timely vehicle repair and maintenance, and high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician role
• Technical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in automotive maintenance and repair)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• In-depth understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
• Computer literacy and familiarity with workshop management systems (e.g., Kerridge, CDK, Autoline)
• A full and valid driver’s license
