Requirements
- Acts as a role model within and outside the Agency

- Works in collaboration with supervisor to determine and carry out departmental oversight and organizational strategic goals
- Demonstrates self-motivation, flexibility and efficient time management
- Leads, manages, and holds accountable Real Estate & Planning, Construction, Client Services, Home Repair, and HomeBase departments
- Develops and tracks production based metrics
- Incorporates impact considerations into decision-making processes and operations working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Provides guidance and support in regards to integrating impact goals into the strategies and activities of assigned departments
- Develops and implements a comprehensive impact strategy aligned with the AHFH mission, vision and strategic plan
- Identifies key areas where AHFH can have a meaningful programmatic impact and sets measurable objectives to track progress
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for collective impact and sustainable growth
- Acts as spokesperson for the organization's impact initiatives, communicating progress, challenges and successes both internally and externally
- Prepares regular reporting on impact performance for all stakeholders
- Identifies potential risks and opportunities related to impact initiatives and develops mitigation strategies
- Fosters a culture of ethical behavior and responsible business practices throughout the organization
