Job Description
Aurora Foxes, a specialist college and training hotel for young people with learning disabilities in Minehead, seeks a Bank/Casual Chef Tutor to plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate food preparation sessions for students. The role involves professional, engaging sessions, promoting success and achievement, and supporting students' independence. Candidates should be familiar with food hygiene and allergen awareness.
Requirements
- Level 4 certificate in Education
- Level 2 in English & Maths
- City and Guilds Hospitality and Catering Level 2 or equivalent
- Experience in a hospitality catering setting
- Experience in vocational education (desirable)
- Experience in a team setting
- Food Hygiene certificate (desirable)
- Allergens knowledge (desirable)
- Working with young vulnerable adults or children (desirable)
