Job Description
Aurora Solar is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support customers throughout their journey from early discovery through onboarding, integration, and ongoing use. The role involves building a strong understanding of Aurora's platform, APIs, and integrations through hands-on customer work, mentorship, and collaboration with senior team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solution consulting, sales engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS
- Ability to distill complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Foundational understanding of APIs and system integrations, paired with strong curiosity and problem-solving skills
