Behavioral Healthcare Specialist - Mental Health Tech (FT - PM & NOC shift)

Aurora Charter Oak Hospital is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians / Behavioral Health Specialists to provide compassionate and individualized treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. The role involves direct patient care, treatment plan participation, and ensuring patient safety and well-being. Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• Registered behavioral technician (RBT) experience preferred
• Hospital experience preferred (Medical Assistant, Caregiver, Nursing Assistant)
• Basic medical and psychological terminology knowledge
• BLS certification (current)
• Therapeutic Options™ (TOT) knowledge
• Confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Proficiency with software (e.g., EHR)
• Ability to seek supervision
