Auria is a leading global supplier of automotive acoustical and textile solutions. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee hourly employees, ensure production efficiency and safety, and manage labor. The role involves quality control, production operations, and employee relations.

Requirements

• Supervision of hourly employees and scheduling of labor
• Ensures safety, quality, housekeeping, and production activities and objectives are being met
• Ensures that all equipment and material necessary to perform the job effectively and safely are in place
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality, production, safety, cost control, and employee relations
• Working knowledge of a unionized workforce desired
• Able to work well in a team environment
• High sense of urgency
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
