Resident Building Services Inspector

Join our Hong Kong Buildings business and play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists. Carry out site supervision, inspect and monitor material and workmanship quality, and prepare reports and records of works carried out.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Higher certificate holder in Mechanical or Electrical or Building Services discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with minimum 4 years of site experience in the capacity of BSI
• Data Centre site experience will be an advantage
• Registered Electrical Worker (REW) in Grade B Electrical Worker will be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
