Registered Nurse - Inpatient Surgical Day Shift - $6,000 sign on bonus!

We are seeking a highly engaged Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for providing exceptional care to our community. Surgical nurses are the coordinator of upholding nursing standards of care through the nursing process while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• BLS certification required
• Strong desire to work with a high-risk and complex patient population
• Solid critical thinking skills and a strong application of the nursing process
• Positive attitude, with enthusiasm for caring for our community
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Desire to grow professionally
• Must have effective adherence to infection control practices
