Job Description
We are looking for a Patient Accounts Representative to assist patients with questions regarding their statements and balances, and to work on patient accounts in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Requirements
- Medical billing and customer service skills
- Minimum of 2 years of medical office experience
- Prior experience with patient accounts
- Knowledge of medical insurance and ability to read and interpret EOBs
